 LAA.\n\nOur meeting is open to all participants – video should be ON and
  fellows visible at all times with appropriate lighting and clothing. Appr
 opriate behaviour is requested at all times.\n\nThe format of the meeting 
 alternates each week:\n\nStep Discussion – We read a step from the SLAA 
 Basic Text and share back on our experience or understanding of that step.
 \n\nChair – A SLAA member shares their experience\, strength and hope of
  addiction and recovery. Here we respond to the Chair and / or get current
 .\n\nNote: all meetings invite members to get current on what is going on 
 for them.\n\nWe have online fellowship after every meeting. All are welcom
 e to stay behind post meeting.\n\nThe meeting size usually allows everyone
  who wishes to share the opportunity. We welcome people of any gender\, se
 xuality\, race and background who have a desire to stop living out a patte
