Women, trans and non binary meeting: Experience, Strength & Hope for survivors of domestic & sexual violence in SLAA – peer support

Join us every Monday for experience, strength and hope while recovering from trauma and abuse. We are a group of trauma survivors who understand the effects of abuse and started this meeting to address victim-blaming.

Every meeting will begin with some SLAA approved literature and a short grounding meditation. Then there will be time for shares. We may also read from other helpful literature related to PTSD recovery.
