Welcome to our meetings – a deep and effective solution to the many problems caused by sex and love addiction. Our community is a warm and courageous space for all addicts looking for a new way of life. We meet three times a week to learn and teach the 12 Step way of life. We’ve found that our seemingly unsolvable problems sort themselves out, over the course of time, if we dedicate ourselves to a spiritual way of life, as outlined by the 12 Steps of recovery.

We offer sponsorship after every meeting. This is a ‘SLAA Awakening’ Meeting but people working all types of SLAA programs are welcome to attend!

Tuesday – Withdrawal focused meeting, a foundation of recovery in Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is the "withdrawal process" where we read specific readings on this topic and share our experience, strength and hope on this transformative experience with open sharing. 

Wednesday – An invited speaker will share their experience, strength and hope of addiction and recovery in this fellowship followed by open sharing. 

Thursday – Anorexia meeting focuses on the flip side of addiction, the compulsive avoidance of love, intimacy and connection followed by open sharing.

Reading a Step each week from the most recent SLAA Draft copy of ‘A Framework for Living’ to aid our recovery. 

Sunday – Relationships in Recovery:

Reading each week on themes like Sober Sex, Healthy Boundaries, Fear Vs Reality, Sober Dating, Dealing with Fears, Building Partnerships etc.

Love Avoidance is often the more bewildering side of Love Addiction. It can be understood as the compulsion to evade true closeness in relationships, sometimes at all costs, driven by a fear of intimacy, enmeshment and abandonment.

This is an inclusive face to face meeting free to all who need it, the only restriction is that you must be over 18 years to attend.

We have a mixed format which follows the below weekly structure.
1st Thursday of the month. Step meeting, focusing on a reading from the SLAA basic text for the step correlating to that month.
2nd Thursday of the month. Meditation meeting, meditating for 10 minutes on a reading from the State of Grace book and then sharing on what comes up in the meditation.
3rd Thursday of the month. Tradition meeting, focusing on a reading from the AA 12&12 for the tradition correlating to that month.
4th Thursday of the month. Anorexia meeting, focusing on a reading from our collection of anorexia literature.
5th Thursday of the month. Chair meeting, a guest speaker will share their experience of recovery through the SLAA program of recovery, and share a message of strength and hope.

Tuesday – Withdrawal focused meeting, a foundation of recovery in Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is the "withdrawal process" where we read specific readings on this topic and share our experience, strength and hope on this transformative experience with open sharing. 

Wednesday – An invited speaker will share their experience, strength and hope of addiction and recovery in this fellowship followed by open sharing. 

Thursday – Anorexia meeting focuses on the flip side of addiction, the compulsive avoidance of love, intimacy and connection followed by open sharing.
