We are a daily meditation and journaling meeting, with fellows from all over the world who meet every morning. We start with 15 minutes of silent meditation, followed by 15 minutes of journaling, for which we have question prompts you can use or you can journal on whatever you like, then followed by time to share on what you have written if you want to.
