What is HOW?
SLAA HOW (Honesty, Open-mindedness, Willingness) was created to offer people with sex and love addiction, who wish to use the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions recovery programme, a structured approach and a certain level of discipline.
Participation in HOW is not obligatory. This meeting is open to all who need it.
