This group offers a space for those in recovery who support each other in our meditation practice and mindfulness throughout the day. We hold weekly meetings on Sundays at 4:30pm UK time. From time-to-time we participate in 5, 7, and 30 day challenges as a way of empowering our practice. All are welcome regardless of experience with meditation.
