How to set up a new SLAA meeting in the UK
- Decide what rent you can afford.
- Choose a venue – public or private.
- Choose a meeting format (see samples below).
Please look at the existing meeting lists for an example of all the useful information needed on the meeting list to help people to get to the meetings. An example that would be very useful would be possible disabled access to the venue.
Inform SLAA UK of your new meeting details, via email to: meetings@slaauk.org
or click here to submit your meeting to the meeting lists
When your meeting has been set up and a GSR service position appointed, there is helpful information about intergroup here:

- SLAA UK Intergroup Mailing list For GSRs of meetings there is an Intergroup mailing list. To join this mailing list send an email to intergroup@slaauk.org, introducing yourself and the meeting you represent and you will be added to the mailing list. If you are already on the list and wish to be removed just email slaaukintergroup+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com, and you will be removed. This information is at the bottom of every SLAA UK Intergroup email.
