Meeting Themes: 1st Tuesday of the month – Step meeting. Pass around a reading from the basic text for the step correlating to that month i.e January read step 1, February read step 2 and so on… 2nd Tuesday of the month – Meditation meeting. Pass around a reading from the State of Grace Daily Meditation book, followed by a short meditation on the reading. 3rd Tuesday of the month – Tradition Meeting. Pass around a reading from AA 12 & 12 book for the tradition correlating to that month i.e January read tradition 1, February read tradition 2 and so on… 4th Tuesday of the month – Anorexia Meeting. Pass around a reading from the anorexia collection of literature. 5th Tuesday of the month – For months with 5 Tuesdays – Chair meeting. A guest speaker who has completed the SLAA 12 step program is invited to share their experience of working the program for an extended 20 min share… either in person or via call.  |
