30 max in Room 2, with an overflow room when the space exceeds the capacity.

All COVID friendly and well organised i.e. masks, disinfectant, signing in sheet, gloves, wipes for shared iPad etc. There will only be a charge if additional space is used and the monthly rent for the main space is £50.
